We bought a magic band less than 2 years ago, we used it 2 days. Now we have spent thousands of dollars to go back to Disney world and 1 of our magic bands has a manufacturer defect. Disney stores refuses to replace this magic brand. To spend that much money at Disney world and that much money for a magic band that lasted 2 days then went bad is ridiculous. If you don’t live in Florida and you only use your magic band when you are at Disney world how would you know it isn’t going to work until the next time you go. I understand a 30 day replacement for everything except manufactured defects. It is still under what we thought was a 2 year warranty. The amount of money this enterprise charges people is outlandish and to replace 1 magic band out of 15 doesn’t sound unreasonable. Where is customer service? Seems like they only care about stealing customers blind with highly inflated prices and who cares about the consumer who has been cheated out of hard earned money.
