Pleasantly surprised overall. I'm always a little nervous buying online, but after checking some local options that turned out to be two to three times the price, I decided to take my chances. My display tent arrived on time. and the print quality was better than I expected. The hardware seems to be of good quality. My only nit with the product is that they used white piping where they connected the different sections of the tent top. With my artwork, it would have been better to have used black, and it would have been nice to have that option. The real question, of course, is how well it holds up over time. But initial impressions of the product are good. Four stars instead of five because the artwork process was more difficult than it needed to be. I'm a professional graphic artist, and originally submitted high-quality Adobe Illustrator "package" files that should have been everything they needed. Instead, I was told that they could not accept Illustrator files, and that I needed to resubmit in Photoshop (!). If you know anything about professional layout and design for print, you know that was an absurd request. I ended up resubmitting the artwork as PDF files, which they were able to use.
