I placed two orders with Signworld America in May, 4 days apart. I received the later order first. The order I placed earlier….. I not only did not receive it on time, I had to pay a separate shipper to pick up my order. When I requested a reimbursement of my additional delivery costs for getting their order to me when promised, I not only was told there was NOTHING they could do for me, they were totally uninterested in compromising, customer service and customer satisfaction. This was relayed to me by several layers of their management team, all the way up to the person who “said” he was the owner, Robert Chung. I’ve owned a business for all of my professional life and have never encountered anyone who was so unwilling to find a solution that would ultimately satisfy both parties, someone who is so inflexible, or someone who is so adamant about doing nothing to help the customer. Their website that declares the fast delivery and turnaround time is not true. And they assume no responsibility for orders that are not delivered on time.
