I ordered from your company because your pricing was better than your competitors. While talking to the gal on the phone, I informed her that I was wanting to use the display in a Horizontal format instead of a verticle one and she advised against it. She said that it wouldn't work that way. You almost lost a sale at that point. Looking at the configuration of how the lights would hang from the framework, the lights can work and hook up properly in either configuration. The biggest issue is that the side skirts will now be too long if using the rack horizontally but by simply folding the remainder of the side skirts and placing them on the top, problem solved. The only other issue is that the adjustable feet is how on the side of the light so I just simply unscrewed the feet and am not using them. No big deal. So what your sales person should let the customers know is that the light stands are designed to be used in a verticle position like shown on the website but they can be used in a horizontal position with some slight modifications. And if your company also made the blackout skirts in the sizes to be used in the verticle TOPS AND BOTTOMS so that way a customer like myself can set up his light in the way that he wants, it could be a nice upsale for you. I also run a business and the feedback from my customers is very important to me to make future improvements. With that being said I am very happy with the sign.
