I “purchased” a table topper last Tuesday. Wednesday morning I get an email saying the file needed to be resized for it to print. Sent file after it was completed, another email stating it’s still not right. Maybe nd you this is the same file I sent to Vistaprint and I’ve had no issues before. So about : emails later I sent file to a friend who is a 3D animator for Boeing. The next day I get an email stating it’s still not correct and if I want to use their graphic design department there would be a fee. I asked for a refund and am taking my business elsewhere. I’m a supporter of small businesses, I’d rather give my money to a shop than a corporation. The staff did nothing to help, what happened to customer service? I did everything in my power to make sure I was set up for success but received nothing in return. Very bad experience all around
