I've ordered several items from you to use at our church and have been extremely happy with the service and quality of the banners. The only disappointment has been in the feather flags durability. After less than a year of use, they all need to be replaced due to breakage of the hardware. I understand that being in the elements and being handled by different people is hard on them, but thought you might want to know. I'm sure we are not alone in this. The elements are hard on things. It's good that you offer replacement hardware, but we are not sure we will order it. That's not my decision, unfortunately.
