Hello, I placed an order with your company back in about February. I gave my DATE NEEDED when placing the order. One of your "file checkers" was not able to verify that the file we provided was printable, however, about 5 minutes on the phone with one of your other "file checkers" found that the art was printable. The person on the phone even told me that the girl previously handling our artwork made a mistake, or was not knowledgeable enough. The other thing that bothered me was that we submitted the artwork with a phone rep, and she said we would have it well in advance of our tradeshow, however, we didn't even hear about a problem from your company until Wednesday before the show. This was about a week after we had initially submitted all the artwork, then to find out there wasn't even a problem with the artwork all along.... The confusion on your side caused many days delay, and we needed the banner urgently for a tradeshow. We talked about this on Wednesday, we needed it by Friday, I was even willing to drive to Rancho to come pick up the banners we needed, but your company refused to do it for us. I told them I would come Saturday even, I just needed my backdrop for my tradeshow booth.. URGENTLY. In the end, I got the banner printed with PRINTRUNNER in 1 day for a lot cheaper. I felt so utterly let down by your company, and your company's refusal to take responsibility for your "file checker's" error and refusal to try to throw something together from Wednesday to Saturday. I will never be using your service again, ever. Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me.
