Your order form asks what is the deadline date the item is needed by and I entered that information TWICE but no one follows up to say that 1. Its possible or not in the time frame you ordered or 2. that it can be there if expedited shipping costs are paid or 3. that these particular items come from a different location and have a longer ship time. None of these options were offered to me until I inquired as to where my products were in the process. I was then met with apologies but no effort from the company to make it right, just pressure to pay the extra shipping costs as they negated to let me know that it was shipping from the not usual location to me via email. This in turn caused a huge issue as the products were to be used in a very large event for my company and you guys didn't care.
