Perhaps if they address some of the issues on the website that I mentioned when I called in, then I could recommend SignWorld. As of now, I don't think I would feel comfortable offering a recommendation to other people. Maybe I'm being a little picky, but there are some functions and wording that are just horrible and cost me about an hour of my time to deal with things that should have been much easier. 1. It's super frustrating when I go to a site and click through to find something and it's not intuitively where it should be. I was looking for a REPLACEMENT feather flag, and still cannot figure out how to order that on my own. 2. So I chose to chat with somebody online about finding my order, it appeared that the rep didn't bother to read what I wrote, and it literally took 10 minutes for them to respond, AFTER they said hello. I had to keep sending messages, and finally got the person to respond after 5 messages. 3. At that point, I asked AGAIN about ordering a replacement feather flag and the rep sent me a link to order the whole kit. I already have the hardware, I need a replacement flag 4. waiting...finally, another link, so I'm off to the races. 5. finished the order, even though it was difficult to see the shopping cart because the stupid "Customer Reviews" box sits on top of the shopping cart, blocking things like totals and shipping...just general bad web design. 6. After getting the order place, which wasn't able to even move past the credit card screen. There was a note that said "you have already clicked the button, please wait 8 seconds before you try to click again" I waited and waited and waited, and resubmitted 5 times, waiting 8-20 seconds each time...praying that my card wasn't being charged again and again. Eventually used PayPal to finalize the payment. 7. The system somehow decided to change my email on my Signworld account to the PayPal email, so I did NOT receive an email confirmation of my order to my correct email address. 8. Finally, time to upload artwork. I made the artwork based on the template, which was nothing more than an outline of the flag in PDF format with no guide lines, or margins or suggestions of how to design the flag. 9. All ready to upload and there's another note that suggests to "make sure to be sure"(bad clunky grammar) that the artwork is correct or give us a call if you have any questions, because the art is processed in 1 hour, and if there are any changes there will be extra charges. YIKES! I really don't want extra charges. So I called. 10. I actually got the SAME rep on the phone that I had on the chat, and that went nowhere fast. The rep seriously seemed to not know what I was talking about, as I read the line about calling with questions, at least 4 times. 11. all the way to 11...now it's time for a supervisor, who did not bother to identify herself as a supervisor, just that she was help me. 12. Still going...I asked repeatedly about the artwork and the procedure, and she assured me that if there were issues they would contact me before the proceeded, however, that doesn't really address my concerns over the statement that having to address artwork issues my result in extra charges. 13. Finally, the rep assured me that they would contact me, and that they would process my artwork in 3 DAYS...3 DAYS!!!!! Really!?!??!?!? What happened to the "within 1 hour"? So, I spent the 15 minutes to write this review NOW, and am praying everything works out, and that I won't be left hanging or charged extra. This experience was a bit of a drag and wasted a LOT of my time with things that should not have been that way.
