I called Display Pros to be sure our non-custom order would deliver in time for our needs (high school homecoming float). I was assured it would. When it did not ship, I called. I was assured via email it was "shipping today" three different times. I was clear we had to have it by Thursday morning. It arrived at 5:30 pm Thursday instead. I have reached out multiple times to return the item and be fully refunded. We paid close to $100 in shipping costs to not receive our item in time! So very very disappointed by how this played out.
