Item never arrived. No email advising of issues. Just this survey. Will need to chase distillers direct to find out where my order is. Poor service and experience ****UPDATE**** DPD smashed the bottle in transit. Company we're actually really good in resolving and made sure I had my order on time. Sent me a personal message which was a nice touch. I may have jumped the gun on my original review. Good small business, would recommend.
