Good customer service but the 2 packs of whiteboard markers were already broken on arrival. Also, it would be nice to see slide shows of lined A4 exercise books or a specific description such as 'narrow lined' or 'wide lined' exercise books as the ones I got were narrow lined as against the standard lined exercise books used in schools.
