Long atory short. Ordered camerwa, was not it stock. No correspondence to let me know. I did change it to other one, but from next day arriver week later.
Unhappy with timescale I did return camera as DW allow me.
Camera went back 28.04.2017. I do have email saying they have receivedit. As per today 17.05.2017 many phonecall and reassuring email no reulfund has been received.
Not happy at all. I try to support small business but this is not professional. They own me monies and I keep asking for them and being polatlie fob off.
Wonder how long will that take me and where else I need to complain to receive my refund.
Good quality product, need to admit but customer service, the worst.
