I was not informed upfront that they may not be able to file in my county. They had all my information and I should have been told. They are only refunding me $299.00 out of the $599.00 I paid upfront. They are charging me $299.00 for paperwork only, that I have to go file myself. I would not have chosen them just for paperwork at $299.00 this business is a rip off.
