Buyer beware. All they do is take your answers and auto-fill them into a form. It's a simple software and way overpriced for what it is. You could probably fill out the forms for yourself just as easy. If you pay them to file for you, it will take them 3x as long as it would take you. They break everything up into tiny steps and each step takes them 5-7 business days to complete, plus the time it takes to mail things back and forth. I've been working with them for months and my forms still haven't been filed. Anytime I reach out to support, their answer is the same. "We have to do this next tiny step and then it will be another 5-7 business days before you hear anything." I honestly could have done this way faster myself and probably spent less time on it. They don't save you time or money at all. They make things more difficult and the process slower. Worst experience ever. I recommend just doing it yourself.
