The divorce paperwork wasnt completed for submission, they are still charging me for a "pacakge" that isnt completly used, after I had asked for a refund. IF you need it simple, here is what you can do instead, yes I am sore, I will pay their little fee so you don't have to: 1. look up local paralegals, they gurantee its court ready and approved, they will hook up the paper work with a guarantee for about $200ish. 2. if you both show up to the court house, then no need to get served, if not, call the local sheriff ask how much they charge to serve divorce papers, usually not more than $100.
