Canceled my membership in July and they continued taking 39.99 from my savings account every month up until I realized in December. I only deposit $80 per month so that’s half my emergency fund money. Sent multiple messages. They ignored every detailed point in my email and would only issue an 8.99 refund after canceling. I would’ve recommended this company before hand, as the service was exactly what I needed. However I lost about $170 when I needed it most for rent and they offered no help. I, happily, paid several months before my cancellation in July. Refunding me for the last few months should not be this much of an issue
