I have waited weeks for my paperwork to get filed. Called for weeks and get a different story every time. It has taken 3 weeks for shipping labels. They have my money and I can not get divorced. I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me. I am angry. I want my money and I want my divorce. This should have been an easy process and now it has turned into my nightmare. Plus, they promised me a credit back and I have seen nothing! Horrible service.
