They did a great job with the paperwork BUT do not waste money on the platinum service. We are a year in to trying to get this done and I've had to chase this every step of the way. They have no follow through. One they ship paperwork it's all up to you. I had to call and email to expedite process multiple times and they send docs to multiple locations so you never quit know where your stuff is.
