First, the process to design the socks is very user friendly. Second, I had previously been warned by a friend that they might take a long time to come in so I ordered them in November for Christmas - turns out I didn't need to worry because they came in the following Monday (after only ordering on the Friday!). I was astonished at how quickly they came, especially since they are custom. Third - THESE SOCKS ARE THE BEST. I ended up laughing so hard at them when they came in that I had to give them to my husband immediately instead of waiting for Christmas. They are awesome and good quality.
