I gifted a pair of DivvyUp socks of our cat to my husband for Christmas this year. When I ordered them, I accidentally ordered the dog socks with my cat on them. I immediately panicked thinking I was going to have to cancel my order and reorder the correct ones. I contacted their customer support and told them what happened and they simply switched the dog socks for the cat socks without me having to do anything! I was so happy they were able to solve my issue so easily and quickly. Now for the socks... my husband absolutely loves them! He told me it was his favorite Christmas present and he loves them so much he's afraid to wear them because he doesn't want to ruin them. Luckily for him, the socks are fairly affordable for a custom item and I would have no problem ordering another pair if he wants!
