I had a health insuramce from Jan 2024. On october 2024 I received an email with my fees for 2025. Next thing I know is that when I try to use my insurance in Jan 2025 they had just cancelled it! No notice given !!! They state that they notified me on a non existing address and thats it! No accountability for the potencial implications for me, no solutions, nothing!
