I know we are and have been through a pandemic but my accident( not my fault ) is still ongoing . Since the accident ( a rear end shunt by a third party ) my claim is nowhere coming to an end . I have numerous case handlers and case supervisors and still getting nowhere. There is no contact made by them in the way of updates and when THEY say they call me back they never do . Sorry but as far as I am concerned there is no duty of care towards me and won't and can't recommend anybody using this company of solicitors again . Sorry to be so negative but after 2 and a half years and still in alot of pain I won't be using you /them ever again !!!!
