My case has been going on 8 months and all I have done is chase and be ignored! Choose anybody else if you would like to have your case resolved or have any sort of communication. They are happy to let their client remain in pain and not fulfil on sorting the medical attention required or resolving the actual case! I’ve been asking for my case to be escalated to a complaints team for 6 months to no avail! I’m still constantly chasing, I’m still constantly ignored so I’m left with no choice to leave a review of my experience. Months of warning and still no reply or willingness to resolve. Avoid DLG at all cost!!
