After seeing all the reviews it all makes perfect sense. This company has no consideration of its customers at all. They dont even both to respond or just acknowledge when they have done wrong by their customers. I was involved in an accident not my fault was hit from the back while stationary to make a turn. Was sent for medicals and all. Was informed by my case handler he has done everything and submitted it to his manager for final review it's now been 4months waiting for this review. Have called numerous times and l am now being told they have a backlog. These things work with time lines and l just feel DLG are a law to themselves. I hope the insurance companies that use this company are aware of this because it also put a bad name to them. I just want to close this chapter and don't want the memory from this accident linger due to my pending claim.
