Absolutely Appalling service! Professional negligence, absolutely no duty of care.... avoid at all costs! If you are lucky enough to get one of the few experts this company employ then I'm sure youll have a marvellous experience. But for the rest of us, who are passed from pillar to post, with absolutely no communication for months on end, then DLG will only make your problems worse. What went wrong? It's easier to say what went right.... nothing went right... no one responds... no one cares! Ombudsman, Financial Conduct Authority and Solicitors Regulatory Authority now contacted.
