Truly terrible company. After ten years case is still not resolved. The file handlers are dishonest. So are the Complaints Department. Getting anyone at DLG Legal Services to respond to an enquiry or complaint seems impossible.
To call this company a cowboy outfit does a disservice to cowboys.
