Never known a company work against you so much. No allocated case handler, conflicting information given by different employees, they conform receipt of documents, yet a month later call asking for said documents. The legal team give their phone number out but it's a different department so sit on hold and being transferred. It's extremely bad when it's a no fault claim and the other parties insurance are chasing the claim up as well!!
