DO NOT BUY FROM DOABILITY! Made an order on 5/Oct/21 and it is now 8/Nov/21 yet to receive shipping information. I've called twice and was told my item would be delivered tomorrow! This company is Melbourne based and I am from Sydney. I was then told I would receive a consignment number tomorrow as he had to organise delivery from a company close to me?! Alarm bells went off so as soon as I got off the phone I went online and saw that other people had experienced the same. I will have to contact Department of Fair Trading. How sad....... that a company that deals with disability equipment should take advantage of people with disabilities......
