Ordered 2 presents as gifts for family members. Due to reasons out of Dock & Bay's control, my parcel arrived empty (must have been snatched during delivery process!) However, the customer service team were amazing to deal with and had me a replacement sent out and recieved within 24 hours! Amazing service and great products!
