My cockapoo attends the Doghouse in Bradford on Avon regularly for grooming. She does not like going, but the team treat her with kindness and thoughtfulness, and she returns to me looking absolutely beautiful, with an excellent groom. Kate always sorts out the difficult bits that may have got a bit knotty. I am delighted with the service that I receive from the Doghouse - in additon to the grooming facility, it is a wonderful shop with a huge choice of dog-related items, some not found elsewhere.
