Staff very friendly and welcoming. Sara is very good with Kira as Kira can get a bit anxious, but Sara knows how to make her feel at ease. She did an excellent grooming and when asked to trim a bit more from behind there was no hesitation in doing want I asked. Tried to upload pictures but won't let me.
