I have had dogmatic head collars before and cannot fault the product. However the customer service this time has been very poor. I ordered (and payment was taken) on 1 November and I was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Hadn’t received by 8 November so chased it and was told they would get back to me. They didn’t so I chased again. Was told to expect it today 10 November. Royal Mail tracking shows that it was actually sent out on 8th - a full week after I ordered. And coincidentally the day I chased it! I am still without the harness, am now told by Royal Mail to expect it tomorrow 11th. If the harness was not such a good product I would be cancelling. So just beware don’t order if you need to get it quickly!
