I have used Dogmatic Headcollars for many years and recommended them for large breeds. However my latest purchase was clearly of inferior quality, the leather lead snapped at the buckle and the headcollar is fraying around the stitching. Trying to contact Dogmatic to rectify the issue is another matter altogether. I phoned to be told to email, I emailed and waited almost six weeks without reply. I phoned again to be told by a lovely polite lady that she could only pass messages on to the owner who would reply by email. It seems the owner "Zoe" does not want to respond directly to customers that have a problem. So after many years it is with regret that I will no longer recommend this product.
