After tracking Buddy's flight from Melbourne and once it landed in Sydney it was countdown on his arrival home and while anxiously waiting for a call or text the message came from Jivi Garrido Buddy's driver and handler for delivering to us. The communication from Jivi was the best and updated us on everything that was happening and we knew Buddy was in good and safe hands. The moment came and Buddy was reunited to his family and we got the opportunity to thank Jivi for her loving nature to pets and her communication skills to keep us calm and informed and reassure that Buddy was fine. we would like to thank Jivi Garrido for the work she does passionately with love and thank dogtainers for the company culture where they employ and inculcate great customer service behaviour second to none.
