I placed an order on Dec 2nd and my credit card was charged on Dec 9th for $130. I inquired about my order on Dec 12th because I had never received an email that they had shipped. I was told they were trying to fill my order. I inquired again on the 17th indicating that they were a Christmas present was told they were out of stock but I could not cancel my order because it had been sent to processing. It is now Jan 3rd and I have still not received the boots or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have no idea how they are still in business. Not sure if I will ever get my $130 back!!!! So Angry!!!!
