I was so excited about these sneakers—they were adorable! But after wearing them twice, they basically shredded. To make matters worse, the return process was a nightmare. It took nearly a month and multiple follow-up emails just to get a return label, and I still haven’t been refunded. On top of that, they made an unauthorized $179.20 debit to my Visa, which was supposed to be a credit! Their customer service is awful—most of their replies seem like they’re generated by AI, with no real effort to resolve the issue. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Definitely not worth the hassle.
