BEWARE: DO NOT PRE ORDER. Wish I could say zero stars. I will never buy through this ridiculous company again. I ordered a beautiful dress months ago for my daughter to wear as my flower girl in August. It said it would take 4-6 weeks delivery.. months later I still hadn't received it. When I contacted them, they said supplier hadn't yet finished and supplied the full order. I asked in response, if I could pick another dress at similar value, they were extremely unhelpful and said if I paid for another they would send another. No care that it was there own fault that I was in this situation two weeks before my wedding. I found something else at last min and got the notice on my wedding day that the order had been dispatched. When I've looked at reviews since then, apparently I'm not the only one with this complaint.... they've done it before and will no doubt carry on with their dodgy business practice. A pathetic and disgusting transaction from "professionals". If you can't trust your suppliers to provide the product on time then don't take pre orders!!!! Pretty simple strategy. Such a shame as the dress was absolutely stunning.
