The zip was broken when the dress arrived. I contacted customer service who initially offered 30% refund so I could have it fixed. I explained there was nothing local for me to get this done and as the dress was for my wedding I would rather not so this. Customer service arranged for a replacement dress to be sent, which arrived very quickly and I returned the broken one. I have never had an issue with dolly and dotty zips before.
