You never find out how really good a company is until you have an issue and D&D handled my concerns amazingly.
My dress arrived and although I loved it the sizing was off on this occasion.
I dealt with Maria who was friendly and helpful throughout, an alternative size was sent to me free of charge and then I returned the one that was too big.
I couldn’t fault the service, I’ve just ordered another dress from them.
