First time ordering from Dolly and Dotty and so pleased with the purchase. Messed up the ordering process through the shop app. Wanted next day delivery but it went through as standard. I would have missed the event I wanted it for so went on chat hoping to pay to change delivery but the staff were so so helpful and expedited the delivery as a gesture of goodwill. I received it in time for my daughter’s christening.
