Ordered items nearly £100 six days ago. The website recommended a certain type of delivery even though my order was eligible for a free delivery. I’ve chosen the recommended delivery by paying extra delivery charge( £3 or something). There was no update at all but 6 days later, they Emailed me saying one item is unavailable. Wonder why it took 6 days to find out they don’t have a stock?? Clearly they don’t manage their stock properly. Their email told me to contact them through their website. There is no contact details such as phone number or Email address. So unhelpful. Their website is so difficult to understand and there is no phone number or direct email address that I can send Email.
I managed to sent messages through their “express contact service” or something this afternoon but no confirmation of their receipt of my messages nor reply.
Never seen this poor online service lately. Very disappointing. I’ll update how they respond.
