Appalling customer service. Been ordering from them for a while and last time the courier left the parcel outside the garage door, instead of inside, courier said there is a claim as the parcel was stolen but needs to be submitted by the sender (Dolphin Fitness) but Dolphin Fitness said will not complain because said the parcel was left where instructed, which is a completely idiotic comment because no one wants parcel left outside, instead inside. You would not leave it outside the front door, would you? they just needed ot submit the claim to the courier and they said they won't and now I am out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
