Terrible customer service. really know how to waste your time. They don't email out invoices. think by law they have to. They aren't helpful. I have been back and forth for one product. I work as a therapist and can't afford the time. Awful. Won't use again. would rather order from the USA for what I want. They sent back a snotty email saying I should search their site for who to get an invoice. Cheeky people. It's their job to supply one and they tell me most people don't want an invoice. If you deal with them demand and Invoice. it is yours by right. Horrible.
