Paid for a repair policy for years and an upgrade to have a replacement unit like for like if beyond repair. My tumble dryer finally died and the engineer said I would be entitled to a new one. Can’t find a like for like on the list they gave me so I’ve been trying to get through to someone who can help.
Shocking customer service, passed from pillar to post to avoid honouring my claim. Left on hold for ages. They keep on offering me cheap alternatives to what I had or they want more money to upgrade. With what I’ve paid in premiums over the years I could buy new one myself several times over!
