Having read other poor reviews I am somewhat surprised. They accepted responsibility for an item which was collected by a parcel company but not returned to them (this particular who shall rename nameless, though a Greek God comes to mind:), naturally they asked for confirmation of pick up which I was able to provide. I have now received a new item to replace the broken on in a most post haste fashion. I will be very happy to buy from Domu again.
