For the last 6 weeks i have sent many emails regarding a faulty product. Initially there was a reply saying they would collect the item, which would be possible at any time, but for the past month all contact has been ignored. They cannot be reached by phone. I have to agree, avoid at all costs. Wish i had read all these very negative reviews before purchase.
