I went to the meeting on Thursday the 13th of July 2023. I queued with around thirty to forty other people to buy a ticket at the grandstand entrance. There a was onlyone man in ticket office serving customers. After a long wait I paid for my ticket and then went round to the members enclosure where the management’s main ticket office is situated to complain.I noticed at the members entrance there were lots of staff on duty and consequently no queues.I asked the receptionist if someone from the ticket office would speak to me about the matter. The lady did try but apparently no one was available. The price of alcoholic drinks were frankly outrageous. The two half pint bottles of beer I bought cost me £12:40. I certainly won’t be going again. I
