The whole process has been fairly simple and straightforward. I appreciate how open minded the clinician was and that she listened with an attentive ear and I opted to begin treatment right away. So far it's been working!
My only complaint was that it took over a month to get an initial consultation. There was also an issue with my pharmacy getting a refill but the Done team worked diligently to get it rectified.
