I’ve been using DONE for almost two years now and I’ve had a pretty good experience overall. If you get a great provider then you’ll have a fantastic experience but if your provider is slow to responding or checking the portal then it can get frustrating as you don’t receive your medication on time. I do have to say the customer service is really great at communicating and usually get back to you within 24hrs if you have a question or a concern. I’m very thankful for DONE- it has really helped me with my everyday life and I would 100% recommend. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is from past experiences with providers who didn’t know how to communicate
